In modern days, many scientific laboratories or specialized buildings in Thailand were not designed for laboratory work.

The problem that follows is the maintenance and renovation expense to standardize the laboratory’s safety,  not to

mention demolition and system modification costs that the project owner has to bear. Furthermore,  general constructors

and designers do not have the experience or expertise in the systems of the laboratory, which are some main factors that

lead to complications and costs in the future.
